Military Communications Network Upgrade

End-to-end delivery of a modernized tactical communications network for the Lithuanian Armed Forces, replacing legacy analog systems with encrypted digital infrastructure compliant with NATO interoperability standards (STANAG).

The project covered site surveys, equipment procurement from approved defence suppliers, installation across 15 military installations, and operator training programs.
