Vilnius Outlet – Ground Floor
Execution of interior wall installation works within a commercial retail development, operating in a dynamic multi-phase construction environment. Works were delivered as part of an integrated project delivery system, ensuring alignment with tenant layouts, engineering systems and overall project sequencing. PROJECT CONTEXT The Vilnius Outlet project was characterised by a fast-paced commercial development environment, where structural, engineering and interior fit-out works were carried out simultaneously. The project was organised in phases closely linked to tenant occupancy schedules, making sequencing and timing critical to overall delivery. Interior wall installation works were executed within an active construction site, ensuring: alignment with tenant layout plans integration with MEP systems coordination with parallel finishing and installation works PROJECT SCOPE Installation of gypsum board partition walls Formation of internal layouts in commercial spaces Implementation of tenant-specific space planning Integration with engineering and architectural systems SOLUTION / EXECUTION Works were carried out in line with a clearly defined execution sequence, ensuring proper management of interfaces with other project stages. Primary focus was placed on: precise implementation of tenant layouts coordination with engineering systems maintaining continuity within a dynamic and evolving project environment This execution model enabled smooth project progression without conflicts between workstreams. RESULT Interior wall installation works were delivered as a consistent part of the overall project execution system, ensuring: readiness for further fit-out and finishing stages accurate alignment with tenant layout requirements full integration with project engineering systems The works were completed as an integrated part of the project, ensuring smooth, coordinated and controlled progress.
